OTOLI is a story of bullying, teenage issues and the supernatural. The central character, a victim of bullying, Alice Turner, finds solace in a strange café called OTOLI and finds friendship with the enigmatic waitress, Jenny. It however turned out that Alice’s new friendship is not quite what it seems.

Bryony Allen writes Adult and Young Adult fiction. She is the author of 'Mystery, Deceit and a School Inspector' and 'OTOLI', her latest book. Bryony is a teacher and currently lives in the beautiful wilds of the Suffolk countryside with her husband, four children, and pets, cats and dogs.

  1. I'm really pleased that OTOLI is currently on the top ten of youth awareness books because I've read OTOLI and I think it is a great read, it is not what you will expect. Its supernatural twist really does make the book a cracking read and may well cause the hair to stand up at the back of your neck! As a mum with three kids in school I am passionate about dealing with bullying in our schools and I think all schools should at least have a copy of OTOLI in their library. As you read you will also have to figure out what OTOLI means... I'm not telling, you'll have to read it to find out!
