Driving - A Skill for Life

A practical aid for instructors and learners –

About this book
This booklet has been written to aid the development and progression of becoming a qualified driver from the cockpit drill stage to passing the practical test and beyond.
The booklet is directed toward the learner driver and their tutor.
A tutor can be anyone who is over 21 and has a full driving licence for 3 years or more
The majority of learners are taught to drive by an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) which means that after passing various tests the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) are satisfied that this person can teach learners and can charge for the tuition.
A learner can also enhance their training by practicing with a parent or friend in conjunction with professional lessons as the old adage says ‘practice makes perfect’.
